The College shall work towards establishing mutually beneficial community partnerships for Carlton Trail College. The emphasis should be towards providing more efficient, comprehensive adult education opportunities and services.
The Board of Directors will make the initial decision regarding involvement in a major project, and will review this involvement at any time at the request of a staff or Board member.
In establishing community partnerships, resources and staff may be allocated, as required, to the project.
Following are typical roles for the College in these partnerships: development, training, consulting, needs identification, program determination, research, evaluation (and others).
