6.14 - Reservists - Policy

Any student attending Carlton Trail College who is a reservist that is called to active duty in the Canadian Armed Forces shall be allowed to leave their program of studies without academic or financial penalty.  Students leaving the program before or part way through the year will be entitled to full refund of tuition for the period, and their academic record will, subject to the agreement of the brokering agency, not reflect any academic penalty. The student will be guaranteed a seat in the program upon their return provided that the program continues to be offered by the College.
