Early Application Scholarships

Early Application Scholarships are available to Carlton Trail College students applying into full-time post-secondary programs of 12 weeks or longer.

If you apply to one of the programs listed below on or before 4:30 pm of the early application deadline date and are accepted into that program, you are entered to win an Early Application Scholarship.

Scholarships will only be awarded to students who are accepted, enrolled and attending the program on a full-time basis.

One scholarship will be awarded per program.

The scholarship recipient will be determined by draw just prior to the program start or once all early applicants have been accepted into the program.

Scholarships awarded are non-transferable to another student.

The scholarship will be applied to the scholarship recipient’s tuition at the beginning of the program and is non-refundable.

If the scholarship recipient discontinues or is discontinued, the applicable refund policy will apply to the portion of tuition paid by the student, and/or student loans.  The scholarship amount will not be included in the refund to the student.

In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled, students who had met the early application deadline and apply for another qualifying program within the year, will have their early application status transferred and be eligible for the scholarship draw in the new program.

If a scholarship recipient on or prior to the start of the program is unable to attend as a full-time student, Carlton Trail College reserves the right draw a new recipient from all of the qualified early applicants.
