Overview

This program is tailored to support individuals who are seeking employment or career advancement in administrative or clerical roles. You’ll gain practical office skills, fundamental computer knowledge and professional communication techniques necessary for today’s work environments.

Participants will:

  • Gain confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
  • Understand basic office procedures, file management, and professional work etiquette
  • Develop keyboarding, data entry, and email communication skills
  • Learn customer service principles, time management, and scheduling
  • Practice creating resumes, business letters, and office correspondence
  • By the end of this program, participants will:

  • Confidently use office technology and software tools
  • Demonstrate workplace professionalism and strong administrative competencies
  • Create professional documents and manage digital communication
  • Improve employability and job performance in administrative roles
