Overview

This program builds the essential professional skills needed to succeed in a variety of workplace settings. Participants will develop effective communication and interpersonal skills, learn strategies for conflict resolution and de-escalating challenging situations, and strengthen ethical decision-making both online and in person. The program also covers professional phone and office practices, personal and privacy awareness, and the effective use of office systems, including IT, devices, and filing systems.

This program is open to members of Fishing Lake First Nation.
