Overview
Improve your knowledge and skills in steam or hot water boilers, refrigeration equipment, pumps and heating systems. You will also learn about water treatment and quality control in boilers and cooling systems. Successful students will be well-prepared to challenge the Provincial 5th Class Power Engineering Exam.
Fifth Class is the certification level for low pressure boiler operation usually related to residential apartment and commercial buildings. Operators are limited to boiler operations of 103 kPA maximum steam pressure.
