Carlton Trail College proudly celebrated its annual student awards on November 27, 2025, honouring achievement through 66 scholarships and bursaries totalling $81,900 to students enrolled in nine skills-based post-secondary programs. This event highlights the College’s steadfast commitment to making post-secondary education and training accessible for its learners.
“At Carlton Trail College, we believe every learner deserves the chance to succeed,” said Amy Yeager, President and CEO. “These awards remove barriers and open doors, thanks to the generosity of donors and partners who share our vision for a strong Saskatchewan.”
Scholarships and bursaries are made possible through generous contributions from individuals, businesses, agencies, and organizations. Funds raised by the College are also matched through the Saskatchewan Innovation and Opportunity Scholarship (SIOS) initiative, amplifying the impact of every contribution and creating even greater opportunities for students.
Recipients are selected based on a combination of entrance criteria, academic performance, community involvement, and financial need.
Carlton Trail College sincerely thanks all donors and sponsors, including Murray and Audrey Brockman and family, whose 2023 endowment guarantees scholarships for students in perpetuity. Audrey Brockman’s 2024 gift further expanded awards for future educators, while multi-year pledges from the Walker Wood Foundation and Futuristic Industries continue to create new opportunities for learners.
