Overview
Carlton Trail College offers English Language Training to individuals who live within the Carlton Trail College Region.
Learn to speak, read, write, and understand English with a qualified instructor.
This training is FREE for people 18 years of age or older who are:
- Permanent Residents (who have been in Canada less than 6 years), or
- Temporary Workers.
Choose from the following options:

LINC Classes (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada)
Develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. -
Conversation Circles
Develop listening and speaking skills for everyday activities. -
Tutoring
Direct language support for individuals and groups of up to three people. -
At Work English
Develop language skills for employment.
Classes are offered online and in person at many locations throughout east-central Saskatchewan. Apply today and we can help find a class nearest to you!
These classes are FREE for qualified applicants and are funded in part by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan.
