On May 28, 2025, Carlton Trail College’s end-of-year celebration in Punnichy brought the community together to proudly honour the achievements of Adult Grade 10 and Adult Grade 12 students.

The program began with a warm welcome and a traditional blessing, followed by celebratory remarks from local and regional leaders. Representatives from the College and Horizon School Division shared reflections on the students’ accomplishments and the power of education.

Program instructors presented completion certificates and, along with the College’s Indigenous Determination Awards, learners were recognized for their hard work, determination, and success in a meaningful and memorable way.

Together, the celebration highlighted the community’s pride, cultural respect, and steadfast support for adult education, marking a joyful and inspiring milestone for many.
