Overview

This 12-week program is designed to prepare Indigenous people who are considering career paths in Carpentry. It offers hands-on experience in building a tiny home from the ground up and develops basic skills needed for entry-level work in residential or commercial construction. Students gain practical skills in house construction, job readiness, construction math, and safety.

Admission Requirements

Math and Science at a Grade 10 (Adult 10) level are required. Alternative admission required may apply. Intake and Assessment are required. Open to members of Touchwood Agency and George Gordons First Natiion.
