ake your first step in becoming a Reflexology professional
This comprehensive 223+ hour program, taught by Carolynn Sikorski, RCRT™, Licensed Canadian Reflexology Teacher, offers students a dynamic blend of in-class learning, guided home study, and extensive hands-on practice designed to build real-world confidence and skill to practice reflexology in and outside of clinical settings.
Through this course, students will develop a strong foundation in reflexology principles, anatomy and physiology, and foot assessment, while mastering professional treatment techniques aligned with the Reflexology Association of Canada’s national standards. With 65 required practical sessions and detailed case studies, graduates will not only have technical expertise but also the ability to safely deliver effective reflexology, assess client needs, and maintain professional documentation.
In addition, students will gain valuable knowledge in ethics, business practices, and professionalism, preparing them to confidently launch or enhance a career in wellness. Upon completion, graduates earn a recognized certification, receive a formal transcript and certificate, and are eligible to apply for designation as a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™), opening the door to professional membership and career opportunities in the field.
